ReplyDeleteબધા જ સંસ્થા વાળા ngo વાળા ને અનુભવિ વ્યક્તિ જોબ પર જોઈએ છે freshar નું કોઈ મહત્વ જ નથી લાગતું અથવા જોબ માં સિલેક્ટ કરે તો 5000 માં રાખે આ અભયાસ ક્રમ નું સુ મહત્વ હોય જ્યા સ્ટુડન્ટ સાથે રોજગારી નો અન્યાય થતો હોય અથ્વા ngo કે સંસ્થા ને ખાલી મજૂર જ જોઈએ સે જે મહિને 4000 વધે એટલો પગાર આપે એના કરતા અભયાસક્રમ જ બંધ કરીદો જો એ કામ માટે 7 પાસ પણ લાયકાત રાખતા હોય અને માસ્ટર નું કોઈ મહત્વ ના હોય તો

ReplyDeleteતમામ સમાજ કાર્યકરને આવરી લઈ શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મકવાણા અને તેમની ટીમ દ્વારા સાચા અર્થે સમાજ કાર્યકરનું કામ કરવામાં આવે છે.માત્ર જોબ પ્લેસમેન્ટ જાહેરાતો જ નહિ પરંતુ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામા અન્યાય, સમય મર્યાદાઓ લક્ષી બાબતો પર એડવોકેસી પણ કરવામાં આવે છે. જે ખૂબ સરાહનીય બાબત છે. ફરી એકવખત હું વર્ક ફોર સોશિયલ ટીમને, એક સમાજ કાર્યકર વતી ધન્યવાદ ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર માનુ છું. તમે ખૂબ સારું કામ કરી રહ્યા છુઓ.

હાલની જ વાત કરવામાં આવે તો સોશ્યલ વર્ક તો પછી ની વાત રહી પણ સોશ્યલ વર્કરસને જ અત્યારે સોશ્યલ વર્કની જરૂર છે. કેમ હાલ માર્કેટમાં સોશ્યલ વર્ક ને રિલેટેડ જોબ વિશે ની માહિતી આપતું કઈ પોર્ટલ કે સુવિધા નથી.આવી સુવિધા પૂરી પાડવા બદલ બધા તમારા આભારી રહસે ઘણા ને આના લીધે નોકરી મળી છે. બીજું કે તમે જે જે જગ્યા એ MSW BSW BRS MRS ના હકો માટે લડત ચલાવી રહ્યા છો એ કામગીરી માટે અંગત રીતે આભારી રહીશ કેમ કે કેટલા સમય થી આની જરૂરિયાત હતી આવી J કામગીરી કર્યા કરો એવી આશાએ .......

ReplyDeleteસૌ પેહલા તો તમે જે કાર્ય કરો છો તે ખૂબ સરસ છે એના માટે અભિનંદન. આવું કાર્ય તો ખરેખર સરકારે કરવું જોઈએ,રોજગારી માટે.નિસ્વાર્થભાવે બીજા માટે કામ કરવું સહેલું નથી.રોજગારી આપવા સાથે એક સંગઠન પણ ઊભું કર્યું છે.નરેન્દ્ર મકવાણા અને તેમની ટીમ સિવાય ગુજરાતમાં કોઈ પણ સોશ્યલ વર્કર વિશે વિચારતું નથી.હાલમાં અમુક રોજગારી માટે સોશ્યલ વર્કર સાથે અન્યાય કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. સોશિયલ વર્ક માટેનું સંગઠન હાલ ખુબ મજબુત થવું જોઇએ. તેના માટે આપણે બધાએ પ્રયત્નો કરવા જોઈએ.

ReplyDeleteસાહેબ શ્રી આપ દરેક પ્રકાર ની જાહેરાત ની વિગત આપો છો તે ખૂબ જ સરસ છે તેનો આભાર માનું એટલો ઓછો છે
પરંતુ ગુજરાત સરકાર માં જે કાયમિક ભરતી સમાજકલ્યાણ ની ભરતી માં ખાલી ને ખાલી msw હજેવા વિષય ને જોબ મળે તો વધારે સારૂં ગણાય કેમ કે આ ભરતી માં કામ કરવાની હમને જેટલી મઝા આવે તેવી બીજા ને નહિ તો આપ શ્રી આની પર વઘુ ધ્યાન આપો તેવી મારી વિનંતી
ગુજરાત ની તમામ ભરતી માં જો msw નાં લેવલે નોકરી મળશે ત્યારે ખરેખર સમાજ કલ્યાણ માટે કામ આવશે બાકી હમે મજબૂર છીએ સરકાર સામે લડી શકતા નથી
ReplyDeleteખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર સાહેબ, તમે અમને જેટલી પણ ભરતી માટે ની માહિતી આપો છો તેવી માહિતી બીજે ક્યાંયથી સરળતાથી નથી મળતી,ane તમે જે કામગીરી કરો છો ખૂબ સરસ છે આનાથી ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રોત્સાહન અને માર્ગદર્શન મળ્યું છે અને નોકરી કરતા થયાં છે,સાહેબ મે પણ B.A પછી MSW કર્યું છે 2022 માં હાલ કોઈ અનુભવ નથી અને જેટલી પણ જગ્યાઓ આવે છે એમાં અનુભવી વધારે માંગે છે તો નોકરી કરવાનો ક્યાંય મોકો જ નથી મળતો અને હું મહેસાણા માં રહ્યુ છું તો આ બાજુની જગ્યાઓ પણ બહુ ઓછી આવે છે લગભગ બધી ભરતી સૌરાષ્ટ્ર બાજુની હોય છે એટલે ત્યાં જવું મુશ્કેલ બની જાય છે,અને સાહેબ હવે અનુભવ ક્યાંથી લાવવો તો હવે મારે સમાજ કાર્ય માં જ્યાં પણ મળે ત્યાં કરવી જ છે અને જેટલો અનુભવ મળે એટલો અનુભવ કરવો છે તો 60 થી 80 km નજીક માં જોબ હોય તો સારું,અને તમે જે કામગીરી કરો છો એના માટે ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર સાહેબ...

ReplyDeleteસર આપ ખુબજ સરસ કાર્ય કરો છો આપના થાકી કેટ કેટલાય માસ્ટર ડિગ્રી થયેલ ઉમેદવાર ને જોબ મળી ગયેલ છે મને પણ આપના થકી જોબ મળી છે હાલ હું એજ્યુકેશન ટ્રસ્ટ માં છું કયા બાળકો ને 3d પ્રિન્ટિંગ ( કેડ) સોફટવેર માં સિખવાડું અને MSW થયેલ ઉમેદવાર માટે આપ જે કાર્ય કરો છો તે સરાહનીય છે જેન્યુલ માં જેન્લુલ વસ્તુ અમારા સુધી પોચડો છો જરૂરત પડે આવાજ પણ ઉપાડો છો ખરે ખર ધન્યવાદ છે આપને આવીજ રીતે સમાજ કાર્ય સાથે જોડાયેલા રહી આગળ વધો અમે તમારી સાથે છી 9574910490

ReplyDeleteનરેન્દ્રભાઈ આપ ખુબ જ સરસ અને ઉત્તમ કાર્ય કરી રહ્યા છો સમાજ માં એક અદ્ભુત દાખલો બેસાડ્યો છે કે જો સમાજ કલ્યાણ માટે શું કરી શકાય આજે આપણે જોઈ રહ્યા છીએ કે લોકો માત્ર ને માત્ર સ્વાર્થ માટે જ સમાજ નું નામ લઈને આગળ આવતા હોય છે અને એમનો સ્વાર્થ પૂરો થતાં જ તેઓ બધી વાત ભૂલી જાય છે અને પોતાની મસ્તી માં ફર્યા કરે છે પરંતુ આપ તન મન અને ધન થી લોકો ની ખુબ સેવા કરી રહ્યા છો આપને ખુબ ખુબ અભિનંદન અને ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણ ને પ્રાર્થના કે આપ આ રીતે જ કાર્ય કરતા રહો સમાજ ને મદદરૂપ બની રહો પુનઃ એક વાર ખુબ ખુબ ધન્યવાદ🙏🙏🙏🚩
