Discharge Processes: ● Verifying discharge list in the Discharge Module. ● Verifying Discharge Summary ● On discharge verifying the billing entry and payments thereof. C. Socio Economic Assessment Process ● Socioeconomic assessment of patients with financial constraints and referred for support and trying to bring the most amicable solution for the problem. D. Documentation ● To document and maintain the data used at PR. E. Counselling ● Counselling and trying to support the patient/ relative as when required to do
