Post Name : Programme Officer/Assistant Director, Class-I

Total Post : 

Education Qualification : a Master's degree in Home Science or Sociology or Child Development or Nutrition or Social Work obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be a deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; and

Experience : have about five years' experience in the field of Integrated Child Development/Child health /Nutrition/Health Education in Government/Local Bodies/Government Undertaking/ Board/ Corporation'/Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 /University /Registered Non-Government Organisation on the post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Mukhya Sevika, Class III, recognised by the Government.

Salary : Pay Matrix Level-10, Pay Band - Rs.56,100-1,77,500

Education Qualification : Possess Master of Labour Laws and Labour Welfare/ Master of Labour Studies/ M.A. in Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare/M.A. in Labour and Social Welfare/Master of Labour Management/ Master’s degree in social work or Labour Welfare obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956.

Experience : have about three years experience in the field of welfare activities in the Government/ Government Undertaking/ Board/Corporation/ Local Bodies/ University/ Registered non-government Organization engaged in the field of social services/Industry/Factory registered under the Factories Act, 1948/Limited Company established under the Companies Act, 2013 after obtaining the educational qualification as prescribed in sub clause (b) of rule 3 above.
