Education Qualification : MSW (Master of Social Work) / MRM (Master of Rural Management)

Experience : 1 to 2 years of work experience in training or education, particularly in soft skills, English, or computer training, 

Salary : Compensation will be determined based on the interview and relevant experience

Location : Surat

Age Limit : Years

Skills : Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage documentation and reporting tasks effectively

Training: Deliver soft skill, English, and computer knowledge training to people with disabilities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Centre Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining a productive atmosphere.

Documentation & Reporting: Manage all necessary documentation related to skilling progress, attendance, assessment, and reporting for the project.

Coordination : Liaise with stakeholders, trainers, and beneficiaries to ensure the project’s success and timely implementation.
