Post Name : Community Resource Person (CRP)

Total Post : 70

Education : BRS, MRS, BSW, MSW Bachelor’s in Rural Studies, Master’s in Rural Studies, Bachelor of Social Work, or Master of Social Work

Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agricultural extension, rural development Community Development.

Salary : Discussed during the interview, based on experience

Location : Chotila, Suregdnagar, Morbi, Kutch or Near by Villages (Preference: Local candidates from nearby locations.)

Age Limit : Years


• Key Responsibilities:

o Engage and build relationships with local communities involved in cotton farming.

o Organize workshops, training sessions, and provide technical assistance to farmers.

o Support cotton cultivation practices, pest management, and sustainability efforts.

o Collect data and prepare reports on community needs and program outcomes.

o Travel to project locations to oversee field activities (a bike and valid driving license are required).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cotton farming, pest management, and agricultural best practices.

• Ability to deliver training.

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.

• A valid driving license and bike are mandatory for this role.
