Special Note :
- Liaison & Communication: Serve as a vital link between our organization and donor companies, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
- Project Development: Envision, design, and implement Solid Waste Management (SWM) projects in close coordination with Nayara Energy and other key stakeholders.
- Leadership & Planning: Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and implementation of the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Staff Management: Oversee and guide the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Presentation & Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to stakeholders, showcasing progress and impact.
- Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and donors.
- Leadership: Strong experience in leading teams, planning, and budget management.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Proven experience working with donors, partners, and stakeholders in project development and execution.

• Daily monitoring of garbage carts in villages

• Conducting surveys, making garbage truck routes, coordinating with people
