Education : Post Graduate in Development Studies, Finance, Social Work, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience : minimum 5 years in project management, Financial Literacy, financial incdusion, community development, or public sector programs

Languages : Gujarati (Mandatory), Hindi, English

Job Summary : The Assistant Program Manager will lead the implementation and management of RBI's Centre for Financial Literacy (CFL) Program in alignment with the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (NSFI 2019-2024) goals, alongside the management of the DEA Fund. The primary role is to oversee the setup of DEA fund program in all Gujrat and smooth functioning of 8 CFL centers across designated locations in Madhya Pradesh and ensuring alignment with project objectives, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and high-impact outcomes for financial literacy among underserved communities.
