Post Name : Additional General Manager Human Resource & Administration

Education : Degree in any Discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute/University and Two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with a Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute/University. (or) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute/University. Master / Graduate Degree in Law is desirable.

Experience : Candidate should have a minimum of 16 years of post-qualification in-line executive experience in an organization of repute in the field of Human Resources/ Personnel Management / HRD out of which at least 08 years’ experience in handling Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection Establishment & Policy Matters/ Training & Skill Development, Competency and Leadership Mapping/ Performance Management/ HR Branding, Employee Relations & Welfare. Applicant if working on a regular basis in PSU/ Govt. should have completed at least 2 years of service in the pay scale of ₹ 90000 – 240000/- (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale. Applicant if working in the Private sector must have 2 years of service in a Company of repute drawing an annual CTC of ₹ 35 Lacs.

Salary : Pay scale in (IDA) ₹100000-260000/

Experience : Candidates should possess a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification in-line experience in an executive position in an organization of repute handling Manpower Planning/ Recruitment & selection / Training & Skill Development /Competency and Leadership Mapping /Performance Management/ HR Branding / Employee Relations & Welfare / Compliance of statutory requirement including Labour Laws/ Implementation of HR Policies, out of which the applicant should have 5 years of experience in General Administration Activities/ Liasioning/ Protocol etc. Applicant if working on a regular basis in PSU/ Govt should have completed at least 2 years of service in the pay scale of ₹ 80000 – 220000/- (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale. Applicant if working in the Private sector must have 2 years of service in a Company of repute drawing an annual CTC of ₹ 30 Lacs.

Salary : Pay scale in (IDA) ₹90000– 240000/
