Education : Two years full time post graduate qualification with 55% from recognized University duly approved by UGC in any of the following : - Master of Social Work - Master of Labour Welfare


Experience : Candidate should possess minimum two years of working experience of HR Functions in a Company or as Labour Welfare Officer in a factory (NGO Experience shall not be considered).


Salary : Rs. 58500-115800 (Revised) plus other allowances as per Company’s rules.
