Roles & Responsibilities : Coordinate health camps, awareness drives, and educational programs in collaboration with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders.  Monitor the effectiveness of outreach programs and prepare detailed reports.  Manage documentation related to outreach activities, MOUs, and partnerships.  Communicate effectively with external partners, government agencies, and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) to support the hospital’s extension goals.  Lead and coordinate a team of medical and non-medical staff involved in extension programs. 

Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Good organizational and time-management abilities.  Fluency in Gujarati , English  Must having knowledge of Computer Skill including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Roles & Responsibilities : Patient Support & Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients, hospital staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and care coordination.  Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, nonprofits, and other healthcare providers to extend hospital services and resources.  Hospital Extension Programs: Plan and execute programs to extend hospital services to underserved areas or communities, ensuring accessibility to medical care.  Social Services Management: Provide assistance and support to patients and families in need of social services, including discharge planning, emotional support, and resource navigation.  Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, hospital services provided, and community outreach activities. Prepare reports for hospital management.  Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, social workers, and administrative teams to identify patient needs and help resolve any issues related to hospital extensions or services
