Job responsibilities

Manpower Planning (workers) - Coordinate with production department regarding manpower availability
Recruitment (workers) - including candidate & document verification
Grievance handling - Workmen workmen dispute / Absenteeism / Wage dispute / Leave sanctioning / Attendance
MIS Reports - daily / weekly / monthly
Hostel Administration
Be part of works committee, grievance redressal committee.
Assist legal officer in filling statutory compliances (PF, ESI).
Candidate from North India / Central India preferred
