Education qualification
- Graduate with BRS/MRS/MSW/MBA in Rural Management or related subjects.
- He/She must have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience in the field of Promotion of People Institution and linkages with the Government Department.
- He/She should be willing to work under challenging conditions in 4-5 villages and have a strong commitment to quality of work.
- He/She must be comfortable with driving two-wheeler vehicles.
- He/She should be comfortable with computer applications and the internet etc.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential and English desirable
