Education : MBA/Master Degree or Post Graduate Diploma equivalent to MBA with HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations as major subjects OR Master degree in HRM/IR/Labour Welfare/ Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare with min 60%. Degree in Law will be preferred

Experience : 20 Years Experience

Salary : Average CTC (Rs.in Lakhs) 38 Lakhs
