The Candidate should have be MSW / MBA with 5 to 7 Yrs. Of experience of handling Contract Manpower Management, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Administration Activities, Induction, Union Management, Talent Development, Employee Relation building, Statutory Compliance Handling, HR Generalist activities of manufacturing sectors. 

Salary Range (Annual CTC): 4 to 6 Lacs.
